This is the music only version of my Sleeping Beauty Inspired Ballet Class. There are no combination intros or any talking. This is a ballet class inspired by the timeless ballet, The Sleeping Beauty! We use all music from the Tchaikovsky score, and each combination has a hint of the different roles. This is an intermediate level ballet class, but it could actually be a real challenge! So make sure you pace yourself, use proper technique and alignment, and have fun!

Hi I'm Kathryn!

I am a former soloist with the New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.
