(Just messing around with coding, taking a minor break. This most likely will not be implemented into the final character.)
This effect disables all abilities the opponent can use. They may only walk and jump. Special, Hypers, and Normals are all canceled. I used Sombra's Sound FX as placeholders, and they turned out pretty well.
