Updates! We all love 'em. Here's one for my Papyrus, fixing some problems (and probably making new ones...)

Patch Notes: Ver. 1.02
- Fixed shadows on the sexy fish text.
- Fixed the buttions in Shoppin' to face the right way.
- Fixed the Hit sprites appearing incorrectly. (They now work!)
- Added hitboxes to the deactivaton of Hopak Attack.
- Lowered all assist's power cost to 250.
- Lowered Portal Kombat's power cost to 2000.
- Added the Spin Cycle and Bone Summon moves.
- Removed Missingno. from the Cheap char list.
