The idea for Last Summer came in 2020 when dcb tricked me with a fake album and I set out to make it a real thing. This wound up fizzling out, and the songs and projects sat for years, conflicting me. This past October, I reworked the entire thing and wrote the remaining tracks, making it my first record in over four years, almost five. I'm supremely proud of it - and relieved to see it finally done after a month and a half of much musical stress.
