This review is a 2001, 1 meal ration, menu 4, Country Captain Chicken. I was really excited to try as everything I ever heard was that Country Chicken was a low/medium spicy Caribbean dish. Unfortunately or fortunately it is more of an Indian flair of Indian red curry. You can really taste the undercurrent of the curry. I will admit one thing, this main is highly acidic so if you are a heartburn sufferer like I am you better take a zantac first! Thanks Mark for sending these awesome rations!
