To start off, this is GOOD! It has a lot of nice flavor with a little heat and the single portion really made a good amount of food. I'd have been stuffed with a double portion. I'll be trying some different menus in the future as well a more gluten free products from other companies. If gluten free or gluten allergies aren't your thing just focus on the actual meal itself. I mean really, it's rice and vegetables in coconut milk and spices.
