Inspired by the MRC’s Centenary Open Week in 2013, the first annual MRC Festival of Medical Research took place from 18 to 26 June 2016.

The festival saw scientists from research establishments, including MRC units, centres and institutes, showcasing their research through events and activities around the UK.
