Movie theater etiquette has gotten so bad that a lot of people no longer want to go to the cinema. Phones, talking, messy theaters, crying babies in R-rated movies, and staff not enforcing basic rules can completely ruin the experience.
In this clip, I talk about why my experience in Austin may be different because of Alamo Drafthouse, why bad audience behavior is such a major threat to theaters, and why cinemas need to take etiquette seriously if they want people to keep coming back.
