Animating layers of digital art by using Windows Movie Maker to transition between Adobe Photoshop images. The quality got lowered a lot by the snapshot function, sorry about that! I wanted a retro feel to it and it's slightly inspired by a new/recent game called Jazzpunk, which is very stylized with pictograph people walking around everywhere and it's crazy. I'm scum, but it's fun to try and replicate art styles. Also, this thumbnail is surprisingly weird, but totally representative of the video...
