If you apply Movie Maker effects and transitions over a batch of background images spanning a small enough time-frame on the timeline (under one second), then you get a bunch of missing frames in the final rendered video - although you normally wouldn't notice because it automatically fills the spaces between with duplicate frames to keep everything at 30FPS.

Here is a slowed down series of abstract images rotating with a diamond fade transition set to 0.125 times the speed of the origional.

Enjoy the weird interactions, sudden pauses and huge skips you wouldn't notice in the origional footage!
