Move to Inspire athletes Vinnie Coryell and Trevor Rittenhouse live in a house together in Grand Junction. We have named that house, the Move to Inhouse, this is our simple and fun training blog.

These last couple of months have been filled with warm spring training days and SUN. We have been getting out as much as possible to train. We had a visit from Orry, Ross, and Paul from the springs, as well as Eric Wolff and John Cleeton! This was a great month of training!
