Move to Inspire athletes Vinnie Coryell, Peter Chasteen, and Trevor Rittenhouse now live in a house together in Grand Junction. We have named that house, the Move to Inhouse, this is our simple and fun training blog.

It has been off and on cold throughout this last month. We've still managed to put that fact aside and get out to move! We had a great time coming into the New Year. Enjoy, and get out and train! No matter how cold.
