Today we go visit the highest point of Portugal & welcome a new member of the team - welcome to beautiful rural Portugal!

Ever wondered what would happen if you just sold up & moved out? We did, so we sold up & moved out!

Maya is a Cao de Serra do Estrela or an Estrela mountain dog...they are still used to guard flocks of sheep & are renowned as fearless guard dogs. She'll end up around 2'6" high and around 40 kilos so we're going to be making friends with the local feed stores!
