This method has worked well for me with smaller or low profile antennas. Fiberglass roofs have worked best for me. With a membrane roof consider using only smaller or low-profile antennas.

Tips that have helped me:
1. Keep antennas towards the middle of the roof (not front edge) to avoid wind issues.
2. Clean both the track and roof surface very well with rubbing alcohol first
3. A wider base will give you more stability and larger adhesive coverage
4. Special T-Track bolts are also available online and are made to slide in the track nicely.
5. If you are worried about delamination, then add screws into the plywood roofing as needed and cover them with sealant.
