This can save a lot of money, as well as help with shortages in certain doses. Empty 2ml vials, which I use for mixing down Moujaro pens to a smaller dose. These are good if you’re mixing the 0.5ml pen with an additional 1ml of water.

Empty 1ml vials, for mixing a Mounjaro pen plus 0.5ml of water.

3ml #23 syringes for reconstitution. It’s not critical to use these, you can use the same syringes to do both jobs, I just find this convenient when adding 2ml/3ml of water.

0.3ml #31 syringes, ultra fine, slightly fragile with harder stoppers on some vials.

Very nice travel and storage case. It can hold bac water if you want, or just a couple of reconstituted vials, depending on your needs, plus the syringes and alcohol pads. I’ve used it as carry-on and checked in, no issues, since airport staff are very familiar with diabetic needs.
