Going down I-10 from AZ to CA, traffic suddenly starts slowing down and swerving. I'm down to 50 in a zone marked 75, where everyone does 80-85, and pass this car doing 40. A couple miles later...traffic swerves and slows again, and there's someone in the break-down lane doing about 30, staring in her mirror, presumably looking for the woman with the trailer following her? I'm shocked there wasn't a wreck that day.
