This clip was filmed while supporting Foghat on their "Return of the Boogie Men" reunion tour at Riehle Brothers Tavern in Lafayette, IN. "Family Tree" may have been one of our most unusual originals. The bipolar dynamics coupled with weird key modulations makes this one pretty unique. Maybe because of this or the lyrical point of view, it has always been one of my favorites. This was the first show for the newly revamped lineup, with new drummer Larry McCollough. He was a trooper, learning over an hour's worth of our material just a week prior to the performance.
