This aired around November 1977 judging from the bits of show promos I was able to see before whoever recorded this paused them out. The movie was "Elvis- That's the Way it Is", a few months after he died. This is from a Quasar VX tape played on my 45 or so year old machine, and the picture quality is the best I've seen from it so far so it's a shame the commercials were cut out. I would have included them all here, if they had been recorded, but this is all that's left. The movie itself is available elsewhere, which the person taping this should have known then. You can see the white line flashing at the top of the screen right as they go into commercials, which NBC did back then but was safely cropped out on TVs of that era.
