I know these videos are maybe too long, but they are not necessarily meant to be watched in their entirety - please use the timecodes to skip to a specific section.
This video focuses on the MD and Amiga versions, but also includes clips from the Mega CD and the Arcade. The CD version has exactly the same ending screens with the MD, except for the updated screens for Kano.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Notable differences of the CD version compared to MD (other than the audio)
- The Bio screens are animated.
- Sub Zero has the correct fighting stance (in MD he has Scorpion's stance)
- The Bottom of the Pit has body parts
- Shang Tsung in the Throne Room is animated
- Goro's Lair is graphically improved
- Kano's ending is updated with stills from the arcade
There may be a few more, these are the ones I noticed.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Like other videos of this type, this isn't about "which is better" but how the different versions look next to each other, the things they do differently, the details (this is why they are full-length). Some people grew up with one version, some with the other, a few with both. Just a bit of nostalgic fun.
