We wandered around the medina of Fez all day. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest car-free city centres in the world. We look around extensively at the Chouara Tannery. It is one of the most famous tanneries in the world, where leather has been tanned and dyed in much the same way for centuries.
