The secret to the fifth room is to hug the rising wall and wait for the next one to pick you up.
My take on completing the ninth cartridge of the game, Morbid Gear, without dying.
Doing so unlocks "Morbid Gear - Unbreakable" achievement.
You can find this cartridge in a secret area, the entrance to which is through the bottom right gap of The Machine 9. After that, in the second secret area you'll need to jump on the rising block that has a gap above it and ride the block to the top.
