When this medley was performed on New Year's Day 2013, just a little over one year had passed since the demise of Supreme Leader General Kim Jong-il. Still within the three years long mourning period all efforts were put in to make this medley as glorious as possible.

The memorial stone (along the steep mountain Road of Songun southward from Kosan (고산)) showed at 12.14 reads "At this spot on 1998.08.03, the Dear Comrade Supreme Commander Kim Jong-il pushed His car up on His own". This made me think of the memorial in far away Norway over the postman Gunnar Turtveit who was buried in snow for 56 hours and digged himself out using his post horn. The "teleportation" is an ancient mythical way of shrinking space (some English translations use "warp speed") to travel fast and is of course figurative speech. In Japan it's called "shukuchi" with Wikipedia link en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shukuchi

Perfectly placed here because when you travel at "shukuchi" speed there will be thunder heard in the air. This made me think of good old von Däniken and vimana (sorry for that!).
