Mooring Hitch - How to Tie the Quick Release Mooring Hitch.

I have now had a chance to view a number of sites, regarding the Mooring Hitch and it would seem that like I said in the video it can be prone to jamming if put under a heavy load. It is also suggested by WhyKnot that because the knot is quick release, this does mean that the mooring hitch is compromised on security.

I personally rather like the Mooring Hitch as a lightweight and rather useful knot. I would suggest that this knot, if you like it, test it to see if it suits your needs?
