Do a moonkick on the second slope. Then try to hit the wall at the spot shown in the video while floating through the air. The jump at the end is not required, but may help a bit once you hit the out-of-bounds spot. If you can't seem to make it, try aiming a little bit more to the right. That's my general advice because most times I failed to pull off this trick, I was going too far to the left.
This is a really hard trick; it might have been easier for me since I used PAL.
