Usagi can transform into anything she wishes, this ability is for disguising herself in a mission, so she isn't suspected of anything, yet she also uses this ability for personal uses too.^^ First, Usagi held up the Disguise Pen and shouted the transformation phrase, including the description of her wanted disguise. Multicolored streams of light shot out of the crystal atop the Pen, then swooped around and back in with a flash of pink light. Thick bands of stars rushed by as the Pen spun rapidly in mid-air, then Usagi appeared silhouetted against a full moon, her hair ruffling in a breeze. In a flash of light, Usagi then appeared in her chosen disguise. Enjoy! :)

Sailor Plutos attack which appears in the anime episode 112 Who is the True Messiah? Chaos of Light and Darkness Sailor Pluto performs this attack by raising the Garnet Rod into the air and a large purple-gray whirlwind spun into being around her. Sailor Pluto whispers De-toh Scream!(Dead Scream) which derives from Roman mythology, in which Pluto was the god of the Underworld, the resting place of the dead; Dead Scream literally means Screams of the Dead. She spun once, holding the Rod, and fired the energy ball at her target.
Note: Believe it, or not there are 4 versions of Dead Scream (The attack sequences remain the same, except the coloring and, audio. This is the first version)

Sailor Uranuss attack which appears in the Sailor Moon SuperS movie. When this attack was used the Space Swords blade would glow, and she would then swing the Sword and release a wave of energy that would destroy its target.

Sailor Marss attack as a miko. since Rei learned the chant as a miko and not as a Sailor Senshi, she could also use it while untransformed. She first used it on Usagi in episode 10 (This episode) when she felt an evil spirit. Akuryo Taisan is a Japanese phrase used to exorcise demons, which translates into Evil Spirit, Begone. Rei would yell, Akuryo Taisan, and place an ofuda on the enemy. Sometimes she would also chant the names of the kuji — Rin, Pyou, Tou, Sha, Kai, Jin, Retsu, Zai, Zen! (臨、兵、闘、者、皆、陣、列、在、前！; when combined into a sentence, it literally means all warriors have been lined up in formation here) — before performing the attack. Usually it was used to immobilize an enemy, giving the Senshi time to attack, but could also be used to purify people of an evil influence. Enjoy! :)")

Sailor Neptunes attack which appears in the Sailor Moon SuperS movie. To perform it, she would hold the Deep Aqua Mirror and send a beam of light from its surface toward her target. It could then either reveal her targets weakness, allowing another Sailor Senshi (usually Sailor Uranus) to destroy it, or destroy the enemy itself.
NOTE: There are 2 versions of Submarine Reflection (this is the second one)
