Sailor Moon's third transformation (official) which appears in the anime episode 91 "The Rod of Love is Born! Usagi's New Transformation" First, the Cosmic Heart Compact appeared and its lid opened, revealing a pink, heart-shaped crystal. Usagi brushed her hand past the crystal, making it emit a pink light. The Compact then affixed itself to Usagi's chest, and she pirouetted in the center of a glowing blue heart. Translucent pink ribbons formed her leotard, gloves, and boots, and then the blue heart dissolved and became her skirt and back bow. A crescent moon glowed on her forehead before being hidden as her tiara appeared, followed by her odango covers and earrings. Sailor Moon then finished in her final pose.
**NOTE**
Though this transformation was used in Sailor Moon S, during that season there were some minor changes to Sailor Moon's sailor fuku. Her tiara no longer had a red jewel in the center, and instead had a gold crescent moon. Her choker was also different: instead of a crescent moon in the center, it had a golden heart. The red portions of her costume also appeared to be a slightly darker color.

Sailor Marss attack as a miko. since Rei learned the chant as a miko and not as a Sailor Senshi, she could also use it while untransformed. She first used it on Usagi in episode 10 (This episode) when she felt an evil spirit. Akuryo Taisan is a Japanese phrase used to exorcise demons, which translates into Evil Spirit, Begone. Rei would yell, Akuryo Taisan, and place an ofuda on the enemy. Sometimes she would also chant the names of the kuji — Rin, Pyou, Tou, Sha, Kai, Jin, Retsu, Zai, Zen! (臨、兵、闘、者、皆、陣、列、在、前！; when combined into a sentence, it literally means all warriors have been lined up in formation here) — before performing the attack. Usually it was used to immobilize an enemy, giving the Senshi time to attack, but could also be used to purify people of an evil influence. Enjoy! :)")

Sailor Neptunes attack which appears in the Sailor Moon SuperS movie. To perform it, she would hold the Deep Aqua Mirror and send a beam of light from its surface toward her target. It could then either reveal her targets weakness, allowing another Sailor Senshi (usually Sailor Uranus) to destroy it, or destroy the enemy itself.
NOTE: There are 2 versions of Submarine Reflection (this is the second one)
