Another month has come and gone … so let’s set some goals for the month ahead!
In this video, I walk you through my monthly reset process : setting intentions and new goals, planning my schedule, organizing my habits tracker.
If you want to learn how to set better goals and actually achieve them, then this video is for you because I share with you my inspired goal-setting method to set more meaningful goals (to feel happier!). As I walk you through my monthly reset, I also teach you what are inspired goals and share some prompts to help you set some goals for yourself as well.
This month, decided to set goals using my iPad and a digital Bullet Journal (that you can purchase in my Etsy shop here : etsy.me/48JnhOv ) because it’s a fun way to get creative and add digital stickers, use different colours and make an aesthetic page with less pressure than a physical BuJo.
