1) Monitoring the homogeneity of heated cola in an ironworks
2) Monitoring the temperature of coal, which comes from the preheating furnace. We measure the temperature in several straight lines and all measured points are recorded.
3) We compare the maximum and minimum temperatures. We measure the standard deviation in point 1 in order to ensure the homogeneity of heating coal.
4) Measured values are compared with therequired ones.
5) If the value exceeds the set limits, the system displays a warning and sends a signal.
6) On the chart, we see the distribution of temperature at all poinst of the two measured lines.
7) We can see the minimum temperature, the maximum temperature and the standard deviation at each point on the panel.
8) If the temperature of any measured point does not meet the requirements, Workswell ThermoInspector is able to transmit the signal and then automatically regulate the gas supply to heating flames. This way we can automatically ensure that the coal temperature is correct at all measuring points.
