1) Checking the plastic parts prior to molding

2) A worker manually insert the preheated parts into the form. The he cleans the part of dust and dirt using compressed air.

3) We measure the minimum temperature in eight points. This temperature is needed for proper compression.

4) The value of measured points are recorded. If the temperature does not meet the requirements, #ThermoInspector transmits the information to the control system.

5) The machine manipulates two product simultaneously - one is being prepared and the other molded.

6) The worker removes the finished product and prepares the next one.

7) If the value of any measured point does not meet the requirements, #Workswell ThermoInspector transmits the signal to the control system. Poorly preheated piece will not be pressed.
