"I surprised my family and friends at my baby shower by revealing that I had already given birth. My son was born prematurely at 31 weeks, two weeks before the shower, and was still in the NICU. Since the baby shower had already been planned and many guests were traveling to attend, I decided to keep his birth a secret and still have the celebration. During the shower, I had a balloon under my dress so everyone believed I was still pregnant. I then revealed the truth, completely shocking our guests.
