"So essentially this lady was delivering a package to my next-door neighbor who bought something off TikTok shop through a company called Yanwen Express. She delivers the package, but before leaving eyes my package twice before stealing it and being oblivious to the camera. All for my washing machine tablets. This happened on the 19th of August at 3:59 PM EST. I want her found and prosecuted as I have an active case going to find her with the police."
