Slow atmospheric ballad produced with Verbos and Mutable Instruments modules.
PATCH NOTES
============
ENTRY, AND MAIN RHYTHM VOICE is Verbos CO in AM mode. Modulation oscillator is slow (can hear that at beginning). Interesting thing is I’m using also for the clock of the tune. Sequenced v/oct and modulation via Sputnik 5-step in voltage addressed mode with voltage supplied by Wogglebug stepped. Out onto Ripples and on to clouds in granular mode. Modulations of above by various and sundry (Chance, Batumi, Wogglebug).
BASS is Verbos HO sequenced by Verbos Voltage Multistage channel A, with portamento on a few steps. Envelope by Pip slope and Erica Pico VCA. HO width/center controlled by Voltage Multistage channel B. Tilt CV multed from envelope. Output into 2hp Delay.
“GUITAR” and “FLOWING SYNTH” are Mutable Instruments Elements, being constantly and manually wiggled into different modes, but lots of modulation is going on, too, mostly from Qu-Bit Chance's random outputs.
V/oct for Elements handled by Turing Machine on /1 but via Branches in gate mode (can’t think what it’s really called). Additionally, TM’s “scale” parameter is being hand-wiggled as I see fit, to create additional motion and tension/relief in the melody/lead.
CYMBALS fading in and out are white noise (unsurprisingly) enveloped by Pip Slope and another Eric VCA channel, with envelope decay modulated by Wogglebug. Further, overall level is modulated by Chance and yet another VCA channel.
BASS DRUM is just Peaks’ bass drum sound, triggered on /6.

Video by Sony A6000 mounting Canon 24mm TS-E f/3.5mm (tilt shift) lens with tilt. Keeps lower panel in focus all the way across, but creates odd shallow DoF for upper panel. Just having a bit of fun.
Recorded direct to stereo in Sony PCMD50 set to highest settings of 96 kHz/24-bit. No post-processing/effects/mastering applied.
