Our first-ever Canadian installation at BC Housing and Kindred Construction's (@kindredconstruction4114) Vienna House project in East Vancouver is ongoing, where we’ve been supplying modular aluminum balconies, installed by Seagate Mass Timber Inc. (@Seagatemasstimber).

Designed for safe, quick installation from inside the building, these prefabricated units align with BC Housing’s sustainability goals and help reduce heat loss compared to traditional methods thanks to their thermally broken design.
