This is one way you can model realistic log's for any scale subject or any model railroad. If you are willing prune a lilac tree you might be surprised how realistic the dead wood can look.
Materials and water-based paints required:
* Lilac branches of choice (it helps to season them over a year in a dry place).
PIGMA Paint Pen Brush - Red Brown
Vallejo Model Air Paints used (lot's of water used). The paint must be thinned to a stain like quality.
Pale Blue Grey 71.046
Burnt Umber 71.040
Armor Brown 71.041
Wood 71.077
Aged White 71.132
