This is how I hand painted the Teak Deck on Trumpeter's 1/200 Scale HMS Hood - Circa 1936.
The basic colors I use to achieve the teak deck look on plastic.
Tamiya 1mm tape application
Tamiya Acrylic
1. XF-55 Deck Tan
2. XF-57 Buff
3. XF-78 Wooden Deck Tan
AK Enamel
4. AK- Ocher For Sand - Filter
Gamblin Oil Paint
5. Oil Paint - Van Dyke Brown
