In 2012, Moby Dick Studios was created for the sole purpose of releasing a trailer for the coming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. The game would eventually release in late 2014. This video celebrates the 9th anniversary of the release of MGSV: Phantom Pain from September 1, 2015 to 2024. The actual studio that made the game is Konami (while Hideo Kojima was still working for them. Moby Dick Studios was a joke studio with a joke CEO named Joakim Mogren in head bandages (just like the protagonist in the trailer).
