Nightmare Survival Challenge is the most difficult Queen's Blood game in FFVII Rebirth. You need to be Blood Champion level and the location of the challenge is in Wonderment Square of Gold Saucer area (Corel section of the map). When you beat this Nightmare Survival Challenge, you will obtain the Bahamut Queen's Blood card. In order to beat this Survival Challenge, you need to use as few cards as possible during the first 4 of 5 rounds, then use your best cards to stay ahead of the opponent during the 5th round.
