The Wounded Warrior Project took to Capitol Hill to push senators to include the Major Richard Star Act as an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act. MOAA and other VSOs, along with Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) stood in support of the amendment at a Capitol Hill press conference.
