The compromise, must-pass legislation includes several MOAA-backed provisions, including generational reform of the pay table, quality of life improvements for military members and families, support for spouse employment, and much more. The bill passed the House 281-140 on Dec. 11, and will move to the Senate in the closing days of the 118th Congress.
