No glowing eyes this time because of no particular reason. Anyway I tried a new filter: Beamman's PostMovie. Quite good, actually. It's basically an instagram filter for MMD. There are three PostMovies: red, green, blue. I picked the green one for this occasion. It also has a pmx controller that allows you to control HSB (Hue-Saturation-Brightness) and graininess. The black-and-white moment at the beginning was using this feature. With a creative mind, you can do much more than this.

I noticed the flowers in this stage look beautiful so I tried to emphasize them. I don't even know the name of the pink spiky flowers but damn they look gorgeous being cast upon by sunlight.

This makes me want to share a little. Do you know why I never put my models in the middle of a giant empty room? because it creates disconnection between the models and the rest of the scene. Connection is important because otherwise, models will look like they are trapped inside a foreign environment. A good connection will make the models look like they are actually belong in the scene thus producing a picturesque manifestation.
You can establish connection by simply putting the models to stand near some objects (walls, pillars, etc.). So if you've been thinking about how your MMD feels boring and samey, please consider my advice. While you're at it, rotate the stage; a little bit of a diagonal positioning will make the scene feels more three-dimensional than the usual linear placement.
