I was trying out a lot of new things at the same time so the end result is probably looks crude to you. I'm quite satisfied with the shading technique even though everything looks brown.

Its called art, monsieur! for the culturally-inclined gentlemen.
This style has so many caveat its driving me to the wall. But Ive cooked this way too long I need to call it done. In the end Im still not sure if this is good enough.
I made this without using Ray-MMD. I didnt even use Diffussion7. Look at my glorious effect list at the bottom. Look at it!
ikOverray was doing wonder at casting the duotone pink-yellow lighting creating a nice ambient to an otherwise empty white stage.

So my GPU died after serving me for more than half decade. The constant barrage of hot weather since 2015 really pushed towards its demise. It sucks, like losing an old friend. I bought a new one though with twice vram and ample processing power and holy shit, rendering this video only took 20 minutes! Whereas the old one would have taken three hours for a video of this length. This changes everything.

Im finally strong enough to shade the whole San Marco plaza. Absolutely love those archway corridors. With proper lighting they make for some dramatic scenes.
A test run for the newest AlternativeFull v1.02. This took 17 different iterations of the shader just for the stage alone. Thats 17 different normalmaps. Totally worth the effort.
