"Setup"
Uses "Spike Method" to get into FPG, saving some bombs and don't need to press the switch, wait for the chest, go over the other spikes, and dont need to do EHS off of bombs (which sometimes people mess it up [understandable]).
After getting FPG, do EHS to hookshot the hookshot target on the ground, then make your way to the back (maybe facing the direction and rolling to the back is faster than what I did in the video) break them pots for more bombs and hearts and stuff, then do another EHS to bk skip.
