For me, since I'll be doing both M+ and raiding, I'll be rushing my P.0.W x2 with Darkmoon Sigil Vivacity or Darkmoon Sigil Ascendancy and then in two weeks I'll add a Lining to either my cloak or wrists. It'll just depend on what items I have in those slots. All items that are crafted will be crafted with Critical Strike and Mastery. My goal is to keep 8% haste (or 5200 haste) on my character at all times. That's where my personal playstyle excels the most.
