This is a tool-assisted speedrun (TAS). This time will not count on any real rankings. Created on Dolphin 5.0 with slowdown, savestates, frame advance, and RAM watch (info display by SwareJonge).
This TAS took over 200 hours to make over the course of 10 months. It is my first proper solo 3lap TAS and, although extremely disappointed with lap 1, I'm satisfied overall with the end product - especially lap 3.

About the run:
Really really really bad. Ive had many NLC runs that wouldve been high 1:10s or low 1:11s if the lap counted. I just needed to upload this eventually because it made tops. Usually Id record myself but Dolphin refused to import this particular ghost for whatever reason.

Jellopuff did everything up until just after the second shroom, I (Ejay) worked on the rest of the run, and Kierio assisted with the last turn.
At this point the only possible improvement comes from using the Magikruiser. The new minor strat find in this TAS is cancelling the wheelie before the bomb clip and starting a drift for a few frames - allowing you to clip the bomb much lower.

Wow, this came out of nowhere! Itll be hard to beat this, splits were really good.
This run had the slowest low cannon Ive seen in a standard run - 65km/h. Usually the minimum is around 68km/h
This run places me around 18th worldwide. It makes every single tops except ww, which is neat.

Very surprised that I got this. This is my first PR set with a double spindrift. If I got Ejay strat as well, I wouldve gotten 3rd WW. This also beats KingAlexs former 18.641 WR from late 2018 by a millisecond, which is pretty cool. Only complaints were that I could have held the drifts for a bit longer and also maybe attempt Ross strat.
