If theres a strat I didnt use that could be or is faster please tell me in the comments. I know about the wallclip glitch near the moving platforms but as much as I tried I couldnt get any air.

This is a tool-assisted speedrun (TAS). This time will not count on any real rankings. Done on Dolphin 5.0 with RAM Watch (Info Display), slowdown, TAS code, frame advance and savestates.

Akari worked on everything up until the ramp, TASPlasma also helped with the section before the ramp until the ramp landing, and I (Ejay) did the rest of the run. The time save in this run comes from the single trick and the ending strat.
This run is pretty optimised, but I realise that I did the wheelie cut wrong and lost some time
