An all new revamp of MK3 Shang Tsung (using Emsi-D's edit as a base)!
This awesome edit of the dark sorcerer comes with three brand new combo strings (on top of the two additional ones from Emsi), three brand new special moves (two from MK9, and one completely original), improved visual effects for his MK3 Soul Steal Fatality, a vastly improved Rainbow Friendship, his original MK3 Friendship restored as an alt, and a brand new MKTX payoff for his Hara Kiri!
