First of all, happy new year!
I see many people making "Nordic Gold", an alloy of 89% copper, 5% aluminum, 5% zinc and 1% tin.
Because I do not have tin, I decided to search for an alloy with all the metals I have in the safe to mix. I came up with "Casting brass", an alloy with a mix of 70% copper, 20% zinc and 5% aluminum. I made well over 2 kilograms and will use the metal for some sand casting projects to see how it pours in a sand cavity.
