The Mitsubishi VisiTel, intended for sending stills over the phone in the 1980's, can be used as an awkward low-resolution black and white still camera. Here's a video demonstrating how.
P.S. The VisiTel's camera originally focuses closer than infinity, but I adjusted the tube inside to default at infinity. Apparently there are official lens attachments, but they didn't come with the particular VisiTel I bought at the thrift store.
