Okay – if you haven’t seen the Sing movies, what are you waiting for? Sing came out in 2016 from Illumination Entertainment, and audiences totally fell for these cute anthropomorphized animals and how well they perform all of our favorite pop songs. Sing 2 premiered five years later in 2021, and its soundtrack and story were just as funny and loveable for viewers as that of the first movie. There’s so much to love about the Sing franchise, but let’s be clear – that doesn’t mean that these movies don’t include more than their fair share of mistakes. We all know that a ton of work goes into creating animated movies, and sometimes it can be difficult to tie all the loose ends together, fix every continuity error, and remember that koalas are marsupials, not bears. Yep – you just learned something that the creators of Sing apparently didn’t know. While we totally understand how mistakes happen, that definitely doesn’t mean that we’re not going to try our best to spot them all, point them out to you, and have a blast doing it. From tons of things that disappear in mere seconds in these movies, from a bucket to a pillow, to a giant hippopotamus, there are continuity errors abound. There are also pianos with keys that magically repair themselves, color-changing sunglasses, and even self-cleaning shorts. There are also more ambidextrous animals than pretty much every other movie combined. So, sit back, relax, and help us find all the mistakes in the Sing movies.
