April 2025 Travel nurse and mom, Stacy Johnson from Nelson County, Kentucky was reported missing after not showing up for a job in Oregon.
She was located at a Utah hotel, a welfare check by police was conducted, Stacy reportedly told police she was in fear that her soon to be ex-husband was having her followed and she feared for her life.
The last known conversation she had with anyone after that was April 19th, 2025
Her phone and car gps have been turned off.
Stacy was last seen on camera at a truck stop in Alabama.
